Urban Sailor Coffee – Post District is a local, family-owned specialty coffee roaster and café founded by Tyler Anderson and his son Archer Anderson in Salt Lake City, Utah, launching in spring 2021 as a mobile espresso bar built on a vintage URAL sidecar motorcycle. The brand grew to open its first brick-and-mortar location in the Sugarhouse neighborhood in early 2022, followed by its Post District café at 570 S. 300 W., Suite 100 — a downtown SLC development situated near the I-15 and I-80 corridors — and has since expanded to a third location in Park City. The Post District café serves house-roasted single-origin coffees and blends alongside locally sourced baked goods, with award-winning baristas and a commitment to building a vibrant specialty coffee culture throughout the Salt Lake City community.
