IndieGo Coffee is a family-owned specialty coffee shop located at 3310 South 500 East, Suite A, in South Salt Lake, Utah, opened on February 4, 2022, by Chef Vini, who pivoted from her homestyle Indian catering business and food truck, Café India, after the COVID-19 pandemic slowed operations. The café serves espresso drinks, teas, chai lattes, and a unique menu of Indian-inspired baked goods — including Chicken Tikka Pies, Samosa Puffs, and Paneer Tikka Pies — alongside breakfast and brunch staples in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere complete with high-top tables and couches by a fireplace.
