Kestrel Coffee Roasters

Kestrel Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster and café founded in July 2018 in South Burlington, Vermont, sourcing and roasting ethically sourced, single-origin beans from small farms around the world. The business has grown to multiple locations across the Burlington area, including its original South Burlington roastery and cafés in downtown Burlington on Maple Street, Pine Street, and 77 Pine, as well as a location at the Leahy Center. In addition to coffee, Kestrel serves made-from-scratch baked goods, sandwiches, and grab-and-go snacks, with its Maple Street café uniquely situated inside the Karma Bird House, a gallery space featuring rotating art exhibits.
