Brew House Coffee Company

Brew House Coffee Company is a Vermont family-owned small-batch cold brew coffee company founded by husband and wife Jay and Dena Wimette, based in Jericho, VT. The company crafts its cold brew using hyper-local ingredients, including dark roast beans from a local roaster and maple syrup from a nearby sugarhouse. Since January 2022, Brew House has operated its storefront as the “Bean” in Jericho Ale & Bean — a shared café space inside the former Jericho General Store, alongside Lucy & Howe Brewing — where they serve coffee bar drinks Wednesday through Saturday and sell bottled cold brew retail.
