Little Seed Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café located at 24 Merchants Row in Middlebury, Vermont, owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Anthony Gerakos and Maggie Keith. The shop sources beans directly from individual farmers — including growers in Colombia and Burundi — and features the names of those farmers on each bag, reflecting a deep commitment to transparency and traceability from farm to cup. Little Seed donates 5% of its proceeds to nonprofits that support coffee-producing communities, and has been recognized as a Best of Edible Vermont winner.
