Founded in July 2018 by husband-and-wife team Johnny and Charlotte Steverson, Kestrel Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster and café located at 530 Community Drive in South Burlington, Vermont, within Tech Park. The business sources and roasts ethically sourced, single-origin coffees from small farms around the world, and has grown to operate multiple café locations across the Burlington area. In addition to coffee, Kestrel serves made-from-scratch baked goods, sandwiches, soups, and salads, with a focus on warm hospitality and ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
