Bridgewater Coffee Co

Bridgewater Coffee Co. is a family-run coffee shop located at 90A Main Street in downtown Dayton, Virginia, founded by Jane and Joe Foster, who opened their first drive-thru coffee shop in Idaho in 2001 before relocating to the Shenandoah Valley in 2017. Today, their daughter Mary carries on the tradition, sourcing award-winning beans — including those from Dillanos, a renowned Washington State roaster — and crafting specialty drinks in a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere. After nearly nine years in Bridgewater, the shop relocated to its current Dayton location in July 2025, where it continues to serve locals, students, and families Monday through Saturday.
