Katerco Coffee

Katerco Coffee is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit craft coffee roaster and mobile coffee truck located at 7601 Magnolia Green Pkwy in Moseley, Virginia, operating under The Thrive Foundation with a mission to develop employment, education, and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities. After COVID-19 paused plans for a brick-and-mortar location, the organization launched its small-batch roasting operation in May 2020, sourcing high-quality beans to produce handcrafted espresso drinks, drip coffee, and rotating specialty blends. Every purchase directly supports the nonprofit’s mission — with every three bags of coffee sold funding one hour of paid work for their differently-abled employees.
