Project Seed Coffee

Project Seed Coffee is a Filipino-owned specialty coffee shop founded by Erene Henninger in Virginia Beach, VA, established in 2020 as a cold brew home delivery service before growing into a brick-and-mortar café now located at 4740 Baxter Road, Suite 110. Known as the first Filipino coffee shop in Virginia Beach and the home of the signature Ube Cold Brew, the shop serves Filipino and Asian-inspired coffee drinks, pastries, and baked goods sourced from local bakers, with coffee beans ethically sourced from Guatemala and Bolivia at above fair-trade prices. Project Seed Coffee celebrates Filipino culture and community, serving the area’s large Filipino population with flavors and pastries designed to bring a taste of the Philippines to Virginia Beach.
