Happ Coffee

Happ Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café located at 1010 East Main Street, Suite 101, in Waynesboro, Virginia, founded in 2021 by married couple Bethany and Aaron Mallory — who previously operated Farmhaus Coffee since 2016 — alongside former barista Clif Santiago. The team raised over $27,000 via Kickstarter to launch roasting operations and received formal roasting education at the Academy of Coffee Excellence in Williamsburg, Virginia. Beyond serving espresso drinks, teas, and food, Happ hosts weekly in-café coffee education sessions, private events, and community gatherings in their 3,100-square-foot space inside a historic 1890s building on Waynesboro’s Main Street.
