Confluence Café

Opened in November 2023 by husband-and-wife team Matt and Ali, Confluence Café is a community-focused coffee shop located at 34 State Street in Lyle, Washington, along the scenic Columbia River Gorge. The café serves hot and iced coffees, teas, matchas, and house-made food and pastry offerings sourced from local producers, and shares its space with Domaine Pouillon’s tasting room. As first-time business owners, Matt and Ali received gap funding assistance from the Mid-Columbia Economic Development District (MCEDD) to help launch the business, and the café has since become a beloved gathering place for Lyle residents, Gorge locals, and visitors alike.
