Blue Ridge Coffee House is a family-owned café located at 9925 15th Ave NW in Seattle’s Blue Ridge neighborhood, opened in early January 2026 by owners Jeff and Ashleigh Root. The café occupies a historic 1932 building that originally served as the neighborhood’s realty office, which was thoughtfully renovated to preserve its character while creating a welcoming community gathering space. Blue Ridge serves specialty coffee sourced through True North Coffee Roasters, locally made pastries, sandwiches, and light fare by day, and transforms into a cozy beer and wine spot on weekend evenings featuring offerings from Project Nine Brewery.
