Hello Em Việt Coffee & Roastery

Hello Em Việt Coffee & Roastery is Seattle’s first Vietnamese coffee roastery, founded in January 2021 and owned by Nghia Bui and Yenvy Pham, located at 1227 S Weller St in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Seattle’s Chinatown-International District. The café specializes in single-origin fine robusta beans directly sourced from Buôn Ma Thuột, Vietnam, roasted in small batches on-site, alongside a menu of traditional Vietnamese coffee drinks, bánh mì, and pastries. Sharing its space with Friends of Little Sài Gòn within the Little Saigon Creative, Hello Em also supports the local Vietnamese community through an art gallery, a community library, and programming and event space.
