Mintish Coffee House

Mintish Coffee House is a Palestinian-owned, Levantine-inspired specialty coffee house located at 515 Harvard Ave E in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, opened in September 2025 by brothers Mahmoud and Nano Farajallah. The café serves signature spiced lattes, pistachio cardamom drinks, Palestinian-inspired pastries like knafeh cheesecake, and a food menu rooted in Levantine culinary traditions. Built with the help of friends and community supporters, Mintish was designed by the owners themselves as a cultural gathering space aimed at fostering connection and sharing Palestinian heritage with Seattle.
