Hill Tree Roastery

Hill Tree Roastery is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster and café located at 6326 E. Pea Ridge Rd. in Huntington, West Virginia, offering single-origin, organic, roasted-to-order coffee with a focus on freshness and transparency. Every batch is roasted in-house, and guests are invited to watch the roasting process, sample new origins, and explore what makes each bean unique. The roastery also hosts community-oriented events such as coffee tastings and farm-origin education sessions, and offers a monthly subscription box called the Roaster’s Passport for customers beyond the café.
