Redwood St. Roasters

Redwood St. Roasters is a family-owned and operated micro-roastery located at 109 W. Redwood Street in Edgar, Wisconsin, founded by Francisco and Amber Guerrero and rooted in the community for over a decade. The business specializes in small-batch, ethically sourced coffee — including fair trade and organic beans — as well as locally inspired nitro cold brew flavors like maple syrup, cinnamon, and ginger. Beyond coffee, Redwood St. Roasters has grown into a community hub, hosting events such as art shows, food truck nights, chalk festivals, and educational programs, with expansion plans — supported by a WEDC grant — set to triple production capacity and add a café and dedicated event space.
