Ledger Coffee Roasters

Ledger Coffee Roasters is an independent micro-roastery and café founded in 2019 by Richard Wirsta, who transitioned from a career in finance to pursue his passion for specialty coffee. Located at 3241 Garver Green inside Madison’s historic Garver Feed Mill, the business specializes in carefully considered, small-batch hand-roasted coffee, offering single-origin selections and unique espresso-driven drinks. With a second location planned for 2237 Winnebago Street on Madison’s east side, Ledger continues to grow its presence in the local community while maintaining close partnerships with local bakers and vendors.
