Founded in May 2022 by LaRae Simonis, Dauntless Soul Brew Co. is a specialty coffee business based in Omro, Wisconsin, that began as a tent at local farmers’ markets before growing into a mobile coffee trailer and establishing a fixed location at 130 E. Main Street in Omro. The business focuses on small-batch drip coffee, espresso drinks, and plant-based energy fusions, and has since expanded to a second location in Redgranite, WI. Built around the mission of bringing community together through coffee, Dauntless Soul Brew Co. also partners with local home baker K&B Treats to offer fresh-baked goods at its locations.
