Big Top Brew

Big Top Brew is a drive-thru coffee stand located at 1213 West Fond du Lac Street in Ripon, Wisconsin, owned by Katie Culver of Green Lake and opened in late 2025 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community members and city officials. The stand offers handcrafted lattes, energy drinks, food items, and specialty beverages, accessible via a drive-thru window, walk-up window, and outdoor seating, and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Owner Katie Culver has expressed a commitment to giving back to the Ripon community, and the business was built largely with the support of local contractors and businesses.
