Sippie Hippie is an upscale coffee shop and cocktail lounge located at 319 E. Washington Street in Slinger, WI, serving fair-trade organic coffee, handcrafted cocktails, local craft brews, and artisan food in a retro-inspired setting. Founded by two former special education teachers, Josh Taylir and Joe Blanchard, the business began as a mobile coffee operation out of a 1971 VW bus before expanding into a brick-and-mortar storefront. At its core, Sippie Hippie is committed to inclusivity, actively employing individuals of all abilities and providing them with real-world job skills and a welcoming community workplace.
