Creekside Coffee Company is a family-owned, home-based specialty coffee roasting shop located at N236 Sabin Avenue in Spring Valley, Wisconsin, founded by David and Connie Jones after their retirement from healthcare careers. The company sources organic, fair-trade and direct-trade green coffee beans from small farmers in countries including Mexico, Honduras, Indonesia, Peru, and Rwanda, roasting them with an environmentally conscious US Roaster Corp 5k Revelation Roaster and shipping or delivering freshly roasted beans to customers locally and beyond. Active in the Spring Valley community, Creekside Coffee has partnered with local businesses such as Spring Valley Bakery and Spring Valley Drug and Hardware, and supports community initiatives including the local ambulance service.
