Coffee & Toast Co. is a drive-thru coffee and toast shop located at 100 Uinta Drive in Green River, Wyoming, owned and operated by Tara and Aaron Durga. Opened in September 2025, the shop quickly drew enthusiastic crowds, offering quality coffee drinks alongside a unique menu of homemade toast with a variety of toppings — a concept Aaron dreamed up to set the business apart from other local coffee shops. The shop opens as early as 5 a.m. to serve early-rising workers and has become a popular new addition to the Green River community.
