Mystic Monk Coffee

Mystic Monk Coffee is a specialty small-batch coffee roastery operated by the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming, located at 1079 Meeteetse Creek Rd in Meeteetse, WY. Founded in 2007, the venture began when the monks started roasting coffee on a cast-iron skillet as a way to support their monastic community, and has since grown into a nationally recognized brand offering a wide range of blends, single-origin roasts, flavored coffees, and teas. Every purchase directly supports the monks’ ongoing mission to complete their Gothic stone monastery nestled in the Rocky Mountains of Wyoming.
