Bison Union Coffee Company

Bison Union Coffee Company is a Green Beret and ranch cowboy-owned small-batch specialty coffee roaster located at 171 N. Main Street in Sheridan, Wyoming, established in June 2019. The shop roasts its own coffee on-site and offers a range of blends alongside Americana apparel, accessories, and provisions. A strong community partner, Bison Union collaborates with several local Sheridan businesses, including cross-promotions with neighboring eateries and shops that carry their coffee.
