Audra’s Copper Coo

Audra’s Copper Coo is an organic specialty coffee and loose-leaf tea shop located at 225 Clark Street in Thermopolis, Wyoming, owned and operated by Audra and Rojelio Dominguez. The shop serves handcrafted organic coffees, teas, bobas, cold brew, lemonades, mocktails, and a variety of baked goods — including gluten-free and keto-friendly options — in a rustic, welcoming setting with indoor and outdoor seating. The shop’s name and Scottish Highland cow mascot are inspired by the Dominguez family’s own herd of Highland “coos,” which Rojelio gifted to Audra as a birthday surprise, and whose photos and artwork fill the walls of the café.
